This boutique hotel is directly located in Hamburg city centre, a 1-minute walk from the Neuer Wall shopping street and a 5-minute walk from the Jungfernsteig. Location, stuff, maintanance, breakfast, housekeeping, restaurants and bars - all worked perfectly! Quite pricey - but it is exactly the case you get what you pay for.

Room size was very generous for the family suite with kitchenette. Beautiful view of the church tower and soothing classical music was a pleasant welcome when we arrived in our hotel room. Quiet neighborhood despite the construction and convenient location to many tourist sights.

Overlooking the Außenalster Lake, this classic in 2020 renovated hotel offers free Wi-Fi, a spa with indoor pool, a private cinema, restaurants and a bar. Hamburg Central Station is 500 metres away. The location was outstanding. The staff was really customer centered! Great staff everywhere! The breakfast buffet was fantastic. A lot to chose from.

The staff takes customer services to another level, probably that's how royalty feels like 👌 Breakfast is absolutely delicious and served perfectly. Congratulations!
