This was one of the most comfortable hotels experiences we ever had, at a great price to value ratio. - The room is spatious, with a huge bathroom, a walk-in closet, a kitchenette, a couch and a desk. - The bed was perfect to sleep in - and you have blackout curtains in case you enjoy afternoon naps. - It was quiet, you couldn't hear anything from outside or inside the hotel (this one's really important to us). - The bathroom products smelled goooood. - Smooth, fast internet connection. - Friendly hotel staff (also, impressive english accents). - If you're a runner, do note that the hotel is close to Tiergarten - a huge lovely park full of other runners. And the location is central overall, with public transport stations that connect you to anywhere you'd like to go. p.s .We didn't get a chance to test the spa, gym or the breakfast.

Room was good, spacious enough, with a vieew on backstreet and cosy houses. Bathrom was great, big enough, spacious, bright, clean. Breakfast was ok. Position is very good almost on Bus station.. Gym is ok, enough for travel.

The staff and service were absolutely outstanding from the moment I booked the hotel leading up to checking in and throughout the entire stay. The staff helped organise a special treat for my partners birthday and also noted down and granted all of my requests. The rooms were a generous size and i loved all the room amenities such as the tv in the bathroom, the led mirror and a mini clock to take note of the time when getting ready. The buffet breakfast had a good variety and I especially loved the Vox bar and cigar lounge. The hotel decor was nice especially with the art work along the hallways and the tv screens downstairs showing the amazing monuments and architecture of Berlin.
