The staff was very friendly and they even let us check in a little earlier at no extra cost. The hotel is located next to a big train station with direct fast train to the airport (only 2 stops) and to the city centre via the metro.

Hotel Grenzfall lies in the central Mitte district of Berlin, steps from the Berlin Wall documentation centre. It offers modern rooms and a restaurant with a bar and terrace. The hotel is placed just one building from the Berlin wall Interpretation cCenter and you can walk along the old border to have a morning coffee in one of the caffes right on the border. I was thrilled from this experience. Beside the hotel is quite, the rooms are large and price is reasonable.

The room was really clean and the staff we found there helped us without us asking and took care of everything. He even congratulated me for my birthday! Strategically located between eastern and western Berlin, this modern hotel was completely renovated in February 2018 and offers great access to public transport. The staff were lovely and kind, they were happy to help us with everything we needed. We were upgraded to a larger room which was big and comfortable, amazing bed, great shower with hot water all the time. the Hotel is close to public transport and is very easy to get around the area.
