Almost everything. It was our first time to stay at Sheraton Hotel and we didn't expected it to be so perfect. Amazing territory, nice food, always clean, wonderful beach, nice facilities and entertainment. The best place to enjoy nature, sun and sea.

Located in Sanya, 500 metres from Yalong Bay Beach, Holiday Inn & Suites Sanya Yalong Bay, an IHG Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and... I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I booked a room with a lake view but I got a view of the lake and the ocean and the bay behind the lake. The breakfast has a lot of choices. The beach is only a five minute walk away and there are a few beach chairs and umbrellas reserved for hotel guests. The beach is beautiful and the water was so clear and warm. There are a lot of watersports, so there's often a bit of noise in the background. The hotel pool is ok for swimming. For children there is a bigger pool at the hotel next door. I want to thank the housekeeping staff. They must have noticed that I prefer the coconut drink to the beer in the minibar and started giving me more coconut drinks. That was very thoughtful.

The villa is quiet and not busy like many other resorts in the area. The stay is very close to the beach. The staff is attentive and responsive. The rooms and villas are very clean. We appreciated that they gave different varieties of food during breakfast. The bed in the villa was incredibly comfortable.

Actually I was totally satisfied with everything we had in the hotel. I am the experienced traveller and visited a plenty hotels in different countries however in this this hotel had the most professional and friendly staff that I ever had. We had some questions and they all were always and fully answered. You do really feel yourself like your re at home. Especially I would like to mention Karen and Andry as they always try to help us, to give the advice and to solve all questions. We have a baby boy 2 years old and for us to have the comfort and safe stay is quite important, without any doubt we will return back to this hotel. The hotel also has quite good breakfast in the restaurant and as well you may buy the dinner there, it is definitely worth doing.
