La amplitud de la habitación, la comodidad de la cama. La atención de todo el personal, aunque muchos no hablan inglés, con el celular y el traductor en seguida se solucionaba todo. Me hubiera gustado un desayuno con más productos occidentales, pero igualmente todo estaba rico y había variedad. El shuttle bus fantástico, muy puntual. Luego de volver de la feria había siempre una recepción con comida, frutas y bebidas muy reconfortante. No hay frigobar en las habitaciones pero nos trajeron uno.

El White Swan Hotel está situado en la histórica isla de estilo europeo de Shamian, a orillas del río de las Perlas, el centro histórico de Cantón. absolutely stunning place to stay and lovely area surrounding the hotel too for walks, convenience store and restaurants. we had a river view room for 4 nights to attend canton fair. highlight was the boat/ferry ride to canton fair and back each day…buffet breakfast on board in the morning and we took our own drinks on board on the way back. service is amazing and another highlight was the bath/shower that overlooked the river and the automatic blinds and curtains for a solid night’s sleep on a comfortable bed. not the crazy hard beds you often get in china.

The people at the reception were very kind and always willing to help, especially Krystal. The room was exceptionally clean and well done, the bed was very comfortable. Congrats to the staff! Would definitely go back.
