We particularly enjoyed the top-floor terrace with our welcome drink. The location was convenient, and the secure parking nearby, though at an extra cost, was a big bonus, given the difficulties finding safe parking in town. The staff were friendly and helpful, with special commendation to Ettien, who efficiently help us with a billing problem. Excellent service!

Great location, close to many restaurants, nice view from our room and outdoor patio. Nice variety of food for breakfast. Paula was a great host!

This hotel is located in the heart of Cerro Alegre, one of the important tourist areas of Valparaiso, City Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Great views, interesting and artistic decor in a classic Valparaiso building. Pablo was a great host and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was fresh and generous. We stayed another night rather than moving on!
