First of all the location is close to the regular tourist attractions in a safe area. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is very tastefully decorated. The bed is comfortable and the shower very good. Pilar the host is very helpful with any needs you might have. Breakfast in the room was a nice touch.

Excellent service from our arrival until our departure. We were met at the entrance of the hotel, and helped with our luggage, shown to our room which was delightful, and with a spectacular view. Charming hotel, welcoming and helpful staff.

Only a 15-minute walk from Anibal Pinto Square, New Voga Guesthouse offers rooms with free WiFi in an old Victorian-style house constructed by German immigrants in 1880. The whole experience was amazing. The room is super cozy and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and Paula, the manager, was very gentle and friendly with us.

The hotel staff were absolutely amazing and most courteous. Our two night stay was great. Comfortable and spacious room with lots of natural light. The breakfast was exceptional with very fresh produce and healthy options. Communication with all staff members was a breeze, they all understood and spoke English most fluently. Thank you is an understatement ☺️ will surely recommend a stay at Casa Galos. They also helped us with the luggage upon arrival and departure.

This hotel is located in the heart of Cerro Alegre, one of the important tourist areas of Valparaiso, City Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Location for walkability excellent. We had sea view rooms with amazing views of the harbour. Charming old hotel with excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Hidden from the road, it has a fantastic view of the valley and surrounding hills. The hotel is a work of art in itself. An old building restored with architectural flair, and every room is designed by a local artist. The walls and hallways are filled with art and one feels as though they are living in an art gallery. We found the Palacio Astoreca to be a superb hotel – in a great location, with elegant and comfortable rooms, fantastic views and seriously good breakfasts. A big thank-you to the excellent, friendly and happy hotel team all of whom were very attentive and made our stay so enjoyable in this quirky, arty and bohemian city.
