The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto is located centrally in the downtown core, overlooking Lake Ontario and the city skyline. Beautiful room with very accommodating, friendly and helpful staff. Staff went out of their way to say hello when we passed and were very helpful in finding and choosing locations for us to dine.

Ideally set in Toronto, Park Hyatt Toronto offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a terrace. This 5-star hotel offers room service and a concierge service. Hands down best service, best staff and overall relaxing stay for my family and I. From the front desk staff, the staff in JONI restaurant, to the guy that took us out in the hotel car, to the lady that cleaned our room. We were always well taken care of in any and every aspect, whether it be food, transportation or even an extra robe brought to our room. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Location was also a big plus as it was close to most of the things we wanted to see.

This harbourfront hotel in Toronto city centre features on-site dining as well as a rooftop patio with a seasonal pool. A mini-fridge and coffee maker are included in each guest room. Fabulous harbourfront hotel in a great location with spectacular views. Reception and housekeeping staff are very welcoming and super helpful with advice and recommendations on local amenities and public transport. We were allocated a superior corner room with a beautiful view of the harbour and Toronto Islands which made our 10th anniversary extra special. The outdoor pool and sun terrace were an added bonus considering the Toronto heatwave on our arrival! Thank you so much for a memorable stay and for the lovely welcome gift, it was most appreciated ☺️. We will definitely recommend the Radisson Blu Downtown Toronto to our friends and colleagues and hope to visit again soon. ☺️

Aquest hotel està situat al costat del Toronto Eaton Centre. L'allotjament disposa del Trios Bistro i d'habitacions amb TV de pantalla plana de 32 polzades. L'estació de metro de Dundas és a 350 m. The location of the hotel was great but what made me write this portion was AMAZING customer service. We requested to be placed on a higher floor for view purposes and that is exactly what concierge arranged for us on short notice. The room was also very clean and overall 10/10 experience.
