Offering an outdoor pool and fitness centre, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nassau is set in Nassau in the New Providence Region, 1.7 km from Atlantis Aquaventure Water Park. The breakfast was amazing. The location was perfect close to everything. I loved it there.

I can't put my finger on it, but none of the photos, not even professional ones, pay this place justice. They tend to come out "granny-style". But the house is a gorgeous colonial-style building full of antiques and lovely details. It is like travelling back in time, in a good way. The huge, lush garden with the pool (yep, that pool with the blue, painted bottom) makes you forget the crowded, souvenir shops and the dusty roads in a second.

The location was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants and shopping. The area has a lot of places to stop for a quick bite or a full meal. The host was very friendly and the keys were available when we arrived.

I think the breakfast choices were great. Somehow expensive. Overall I was satisfied with the taste. Generally, the staff was great and very receptive. The resort/hotel is very clean. My family enjoyed the amenities, pools, slides, etc. Our flight was delayed for 3 plus hours. When we got to the resort; the restaurant was about to close in a few minutes. We went to the restaurant and the staff was so accommodating in preparing us a very delicious meal.

THE EXPERIENCE: Lush, renovated historical hideaway, beachside in the perfect location in Nassau SOAK IN THE SUN: Two freshwater, oceanfront pools & private cabanas overlooking 300 feet of white sand... Newly renovated with a really nice feel to it! Beautiful lobby and pool area and really fresh and nice rooms. the staff where also super friendly and helpful. The hotel is just in the center so you can walk around.
