I can't put my finger on it, but none of the photos, not even professional ones, pay this place justice. They tend to come out "granny-style". But the house is a gorgeous colonial-style building full of antiques and lovely details. It is like travelling back in time, in a good way. The huge, lush garden with the pool (yep, that pool with the blue, painted bottom) makes you forget the crowded, souvenir shops and the dusty roads in a second.

The host was very friendly and the keys were available when we arrived.

We LOVED everything! The entire resort premises were new, modern, clean and impressive and welcoming. The room was big with fully equipped kitchenette, huge modern bathroom, balcony, full amenities. All rooms face the ocean/have ocean view. The resort offered everything one could wish for for a perfect vacation: Adult / infinity pool with ocean view, water fun park, surfing, climbing wall, hot tubs, fitness room, complimentary water and lemonade in the pool areas, at reception desks and in fitness room. The entire staff was genuinely the friendliest and most thoughtful and helpful we have ever met in a hotel, everyone - from the manager to room service - was like: "Don't worry, let us get this for you, you just lean back and enjoy your stay - you're on vacation, remember?". We had an amazing time!

THE EXPERIENCE: Lush, renovated historical hideaway, beachside in the perfect location in Nassau SOAK IN THE SUN: Two freshwater, oceanfront pools & private cabanas overlooking 300 feet of white sand... Newly renovated with a really nice feel to it! Beautiful lobby and pool area and really fresh and nice rooms. the staff where also super friendly and helpful. The hotel is just in the center so you can walk around.
