I loved the fact that it's well located to the place I was going to, the staff and their kindness, and the natural light that got into my room, my room itself was really clean and organized.

The check in hall was gorgeous, an absolute architectural beauty. The staff was sweet and friendly, we had an issue with our reservation (a slight mismatch with another guest of the same name) but it was resolved with ease and we even got an upgrade to the 8th floor! The cost was also very much friendly, and the neighborhood was not as ‘scary’ as I imagined based on the reviews I read (only during the day, we did not risk going out at night although). The breakfast was just as described: not too many options but what is served is simple and delicious. Free water and coffee was a bonus! Would definitely come back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, both breakfast and dinner! Apart from that it is a very ideal location for shopping and restaurants and is also very safe.
