I had an amazing stay at Castelinho! It was just what we needed after a busy week—a peaceful and quiet retreat in the heart of nature. The calmness and tranquility were perfect, and the panoramic city views from the pool were simply breathtaking. The staff was incredibly attentive, making us feel right at home. Breakfast by the pool with those stunning views was a highlight. Castelinho itself is incredibly charming—I couldn't stop taking pictures of the beautiful colonial tiles on the floor. The rooms are modern, spacious, bright, and clean, and felt really cozy! Plus, the hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the main street in Santa Teresa, surrounded by lively bars and restaurants. I can't wait to come back again!

Situated in Rio de Janeiro and with Flamengo Beach reachable within 2 km, Villa Paranaguá Hotel & Spa - Boutique Hotel features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout... it was beautiful with tropical grounds. unfortunately for us it rained. The room was spacious,clean and comfortable with a very large bathroom.

Tião Botelho Guest House in Rio de Janeiro provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a shared lounge and barbecue facilities. Very good location in Lapa. Near to the bars and the whole nightscene but still in a quiet area to get a good sleep. Rooms and common area like in the pictures. It was clean and provided with what you need for a stay. Alberto was very attentive to whatever you could need. Thank you!! 😃

Ideally situated in the Santa Teresa district of Rio de Janeiro, Lobie Armazém São Joaquim is situated 2.4 km from Flamengo Beach, 1.2 km from Escadaria Selarón and 2.7 km from Municipal Theatre of... Everything was perfect, would recommended and go there again !

Rio de Janeiro’s historic and cultural neighbourhood of Lapa is at your doorstep at the Hotel Americano. All rooms come equipped with air conditioning and cable TV. Free parking is available. My room was large and my bathroom had been newly renovated and had a large jacuzzi. I also had a small entrance room that had a fridge and computer table. I was comfortable and overall enjoyed my stay. The location is relatively central although you do have to walk a bit to the metro.

Castelo dos Tucanos Hostel features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Rio de Janeiro. Well situated in the Santa Teresa district, this hostel features a bar. This Hostel is the most beautiful Hostel where I’ve ever been and the people who work there are soo kind and so welcoming☺️ The whole atmosphere was very different compared to other hostels, the kitchen was super clean, well organized and you just had the feeling you live there with friends. I also really appreciated how much they care about you and that they exchange numbers to stay in contact and make sure that you arrive safely when you go out in the evening. Thank you so much for everything, I will definitely come back!!<3

Situated within 4.2 km of Escadaria Selarón and 6.2 km of Maracanã Stadium, Pousada Rio144 features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Rio de Janeiro. Everything about Jean's hotel is exceptional - every detail was thought through meticulously and Rio144 is by far one of the best, most comfortable and prettiest places we've ever stayed in. The bedroom view to Pão de Açúcar is spectacular and something out of a movie. Some people might be put off by the location, but we didn't feel unsafe at any point during our stay and the positives definitely outweigh the small inconvenience of a 15 minute uber ride and the steep hills that need to be taken to get to the hotel. The highlights are too much to be mentioned in detail, but we were welcomed by monkeys surrounding the hotel trees and Jaqui, the chef, cooks a genuine traditional breakfast to die for.
