The customer service was truly exceptional. We had an issue with the room, and they immediately took care of the situation. They offered us an upgrade on the spot and gave us complementary breakfast. The hotel is clean, furniture are properly maintained. The bed is comfortable. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel with Arabic and Italian meals. The staff is friendly and smiling.
