Communication with the owners before arriving and upon arriving was extremely good. They really did their best to explain to the smallest details. They were always willing to kindly answer my every question and offered help to make it easier for me to manage in different situations while staying in the city (such as shopping and public transportation). The kindness, hospitality and cleanliness was at an enviable level.
