The facility has a sleek and modern finish which is kept immaculately clean and organized. The amenities are also wonderful and its in-house products are top quality. It also has a delectably sumptuous and diverse breakfast menu with large portion sizes. Its amazing staff are professional, respectful and friendly, most especially the amazing Mohi who was able to make necessary arrangements to address my emerging travel concerns (early check-in, early breakfast, etc.). Definitely, highly recommended.

Ovaj butik hotel sa 4 zvezdice smešten je u Karltonu, nedaleko od centra Melburna i na nekoliko minuta hoda od Muzeja Melburn. I forgot my passport and cash in my room safe and I can't thank them enough for keeping them safe for me to go back and pick them up. Exemplary service. Also the lady on night duty was very friendly and helpful about general knowledge about the city. Very comfortable room. Perfect location and parking were also highlights.

Sofa was big enough to sleep on which was good as the queen size bed was a tad too small for both me and my sister. Late night arrival/check-in well handled. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is incredible, near Vic market and has two very good coffee shops within 50 meters.

The apartment was very spacious for 8pax. Kitchen was fully equipped. Parking available in a gated compound which is a big plus point. On a separate note, we had an issue with the water tank which was leaking. the staff was very prompt in replying and coming down to check. they were very quick to activate and rectify the issue. i must say Lee, Leong and Seth were very efficient. Highly recommend.
