The Staff was Very Friendly and the check in was quite easy. The location is superb, we had a view of the obelisco. Its was very clean and last but no least, the breakfast was great.

The breakfast is fantastic The hotel staff Aldana was extremely helpful to us. As tourists, we were relieved to have someone on staff who spoke English so fluently. But more than the ability to communicate with us, Aldana went above and beyond when it came to service, not only helping us with all our requests, but also anticipating all our needs and and making sure they were met before we’d even think to ask. She made us feel at home, and because of her, we would recommend Grand Hotel Brizo to any friends who plan to visit Buenos Aires.

The front desk was extremely helpful and prepared. Very attentive at opening several bottles of wine, locating a pharmacy and finding a place to change dollars to pesos. Got everything I requested from them within seconds. The view from room onto the city was amazing, waking every morning was a delight. The roof top pool deck has an incredible view as well, that one can not miss. The cleaning staff was also very polite and accommodating to our needs. The jacuzzi bathtub + separate shower is great, providing options for each need.
