Everything! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was amazing every morning ( Texas shaped waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt, pastries, cereal, toast, granola bars, all ingredients to make breakfast tacos, milk, orange juice, coffee, apple juice, lemonade). The rooms were spacious, cleaned every day, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Parking was free and staff walked the parking lots every 30 mins or so at night to make sure all vehicles were good. The staff was absolutely amazing and always friendly and so nice. Walter and Yash were my favorites! Walter was the absolute best and can turn anyone's day into a positive one with his funny and cheerful self! This honestly was the best hotel we have stayed at to date!!!! The price was extremely reasonable!! The kids loved the pool and even though it was in a smaller size it still fit everyone's needs! Will definitely stay here again. I'm usually a Hampton Hotel person but this hotel just changed that!

The room was clean, lots of towels, comfortable bed. I was a little skeptical booking at this location because of some of the reviews and the low price. I'm a single mother with 2 young kids, but I wanted a room that I could step outside without leaving them alone. We arrived later than planned, and the hotel was pretty dark outside, and I was a little nervous. But the man checking us in was very friendly and interacted well with my kids. We got to our room, and it was surprisingly nice and clean and spacious. It was quiet and there was actually no sketchy activity going on that I was aware of. We stayed for 2 nights. We had breakfast, went swimming, went to six flags. Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations. There was a misunderstanding about the deposit, but the immediately fixed it without any problems. I will definitely stay here again. This place is a great value for the price.

San Antonio in Texas is home to 2 of the state’s top attractions: The Alamo and the Riverwalk. One of the city’s former Spanish missions, the Alamo was the site of a deadly battle that cost folk hero Davy Crockett his life. The other remaining missions - Concepcion, San Jose, San Juan, and Espada with its aqueduct - are dotted around the city. The attractive Spanish Governor’s Palace also remains.
The San Antonio River runs right through the city, below street level. Known as the Riverwalk, its banks have been cleverly developed to house riverfront restaurants, bars and shops, and are spectacularly lit for Christmas. There are several San Antonio hotels by the Riverwalk which are also close to the Rivercenter Mall, the city’s biggest shopping center, while La Villita artisan village has more traditional crafts.
Across the road in Hemisfair is the Tower of the Americas, a tall observation tower with a revolving restaurant overlooking the Alamodome, a huge sports and convention venue, home to the annual Alamo Bowl collegiate football game. Booking.com has several San Antonio hotels near the Alamodome, and more accommodations near San Antonio Airport.
On the outskirts of the city are Sea World and Six Flags Fiesta Texas. The city also hosts the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, one of the country’s biggest Western events.

A great city to visit! So much to learn about Texas History! Also, so very many choices of activities!
The construction in downtown was frustrating to drive around!
I would avoid the park & pay, because I’m not good with some things on my phone. (I am 75)
We ate on the Riverwalk!

I went for an event, so we only got to stay 1 night but I've been in the past 2 times for vacations. All I can say is plan your visit, the worst thing is sitting around deciding on what to do. Also the riverwalk was a waste for us because we spent $ on parking and didn't do anything. We went around 7-8pm so a lot of people were drinking and that's not for us. So if you go there have a plan because we didn't really know what all to do before the zoo and ot being a tourist location. Things are expensive. Though I can say, from the past 2 times in my life of going I recommend taking some tours, going to the drive through safari and natural Bridge caverns, SeaWorld, and definitely visit a mall or 2.
Traffic wasn't bad but there are a lot of exits etc but you'll be fine if you're a decent driver.

My kids and I enjoyed walking around the Historic Market Square and seeing all of the colorful items for sale. Many of the products I saw- especially clothing- were authentic, "made in Mexico" items. We also enjoyed a good "stick-to-your-ribs" meal at Good Time Charlie's. We are also glad that we took a Go Rio boat tour along the Riverwalk to learn more about the history of the area; our tour guide was very informative and entertaining. We tried puffy tacos at Henry's express location because we were running short on time before our flight home and I thought the food was OK; I'd like to try Ray's puffy tacos on our next visit.

It was a lovely place to stay.
It was a lovely place to stay. The Riverwalk was excellent as it was below street level and very peaceful despite all the crowds. Take a trip on the river boats. The Riverwalk Centre had a great variety of stores and places to eat.
Very nicely appointed apartment. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Centrally located right on the Riverwalk. Apartment comes supplied with anything you might need. Well kept building with lots of amenities: Various nicely furnished common rooms, pool, workout room/equipment, dog run, roof top patio with gas grill, out door sink and large screen tv. Perfect for our 1 week stay vs hotel living and comparably priced. If we come back, will definitely stay there again.
Size of hotel, suite was excellent and very comfortable, exceptional counter space and storage, restaurant staff and food is excellent, location, clean, beautiful spot on the riverwalk and quieter area away from the hustle and bustle of more traveled areas of river, yet very accessible to get where you want to go. First time to stay here, but is now our hotel of choice in San Antonio. Will definitely be back!
This was our first time staying at a Drury hotel. We found the hotel to be exceptionally clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was both plentiful and tasty. Their evening cocktail social with complementary alcoholic beverages and hourderves was a pleasant surprise. The location right on the Riverwalk was wonderful. Overall a great stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Location is fabulous, right in the middle of San Antonio on the Riverwalk, it couldn't have been better for sightseeing. We ate in the hotel, and had breakfast and the quality was excellent, and staff were friendly and very helpful. I did use the office facilities as well for a couple of work calls and these are also excellent. Top hotel, great environment for family break and a little business.
Overall a great hotel to stay in if your ever in San Antonio. We didn’t get to sleep much during our stay because a couple began fighting all night in the room beside us, we contacted the staff about the issue and they handled it perfectly, id come back again because of how great the customer service is. The hotel is also beautiful we had a great view of the riverwalk
great location to the riverwalk except that the hotel was very close to homeless shelters etc and it would not have felt safe to walk alone and it didn't feel like a good idea to park the car anywhere else but with the valet and that was $33 per night - expensive!
the staff was very nice and helpful - great recommendation for a restaurant
Decent breakfast, team were very helpful with tips and service. The room is not that bing, but if you're not staying there the whole day, it's ok. The best is definetly the location: it's sooo close of Alamo, Downtown and Riverwalk.
When you are checking in you get offered wine, how cool is that. The property is right on the riverwalk which is great. The hotel itself is so modern, cozy and with San Antonio written all over it. Will be coming back.
Nice room in a funky old hotel. Location very good because within walking distance to the main Riverwalk and Convention area, but slightly removed from the center, so not close to the noisy bar and night club area.
Very great hotel in the Riverwalk area of San Antonio with lots of amenities like pool and gym. It has a bar as well, and all the touristy places are all within its vicinity, which is great, I love this hotel.
Was very happy with the staff. the room and location. Have been looking for a hotel I can depend on in the Riverwalk area when we come into San Antonio to visit family/ college student numerous times a year .
Room was alright. Bathroom was very small. Liked the pool. Staff was friendly. Didn't like the location on the riverwalk as well as other hotels I have stayed at in the past. .
Beautiful hotel! Location was perfect. Alamo across the street, riverwalk 1/2 block away. We had a wonderful stay in San Antonio and would stay at Menger again.
Everything at this hotel was great. It was in a perfect location not too far from the Riverwalk. This location was also close to excellent restaurants in the area.
