We had a few adjustments to our booking, and Charlotte accommodated our requests. The house was warmed up for us on arrival. It was immaculately clean and tidy, and overall, very welcoming. Everything we might need had been thought of, the gardens were beautiful and so was the cottage. Everything was well-maintained to a high standard. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming and even came to collect us when we had a bike puncture on a trip.
