The whole area had networked issues so when we got there they were not expecting us as our booking was done online. There was no one to open for us we stood at the gate for about 35 minutes trying to call. We finally got the owner and she really made up for it, she was very friendly and directed us on how to get the key for the room. The room was very tidy and quiet 😊 but the plugs were off we couldn’t use the air conditioning until the next morning. But overall it was a great place to stay

The breakfast was good and the hosts very nice and friendly. Very helpful and I am greatful finding me a great dive shop and introducing me to them to get me started.
If I wanted a affordable stay for a diving I made the right choice selecting Bare Feet Retreat

There was enough space for everything we wanted to do and the place was nice and clean

Not much to do in Freeland Park. Not any good restaurants.
Not much to do in Freeland Park. Not any good restaurants. Beach is close by but one still needs a car to get there.
Whilst the Mall has a nice Woolworths, Pick ‘n Pay etc. the mall itself isn’t that great.
