Charming seaport town with friendly people, great food and very cool, relaxed but fun nightlife. The access to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard makes it a perfect location for daytrips over to the island. There is also the more upscale town of Falmouth within a very short driving distance to explore. Overall, a wonderful place to visit!

Woods Hole is a great spot to enjoy the Cape and Martha's Vineyard with some cost savings. The food is delicious, Pickle Jar Kitchen and Maison Villatte in Falmouth and Quicks Hole Taqueria and Jimmy's Classics in Woods Hole. The beaches are small, but really lovely. They are reserved for Woods Hole residents/visitors so they don't get over crowded.
I loved how clean and comfortable it was. We needed to participate in a memorial service on Martha's Vineyard and it was perfect for that. Only a quick walk to and from the ferry. I was also very impressed with the staff truly friendly and so quick to make sure we had everything. I have stayed in a lot of places, and they never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them, which is usually how I feel in hotels/motels.
I loved the location, with a view of the ocean across the street. But what was most important for me was the family who manages the Inn! They instantly made you feel like you were part of the family, so friendly and accommodating, it was a delight to stay there!
The room was just what we needed for our weekend getaway. Good size, clean and comfortable. Close to the center of town (Woods Hole) and just a 5 min drive to Falmouth center. Check-in and check-out was easy and staff was friendly.
The property was perfectly located! Just a short walk to the town or 10 min drive to Falmouth town. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the outside area with a fireplace and corn hole boards!
The location is perfect for the Woods Hole Ferry. You can park your car there, but for a price...however it's worth it! The staff were very accommodating.
