We have stayed a few times at the Kimpton and the rooms are immaculate and incredibly comfortable. The facilities are also spectacular. One of the greatest parts about it is how accommodating the staff is. Everyone was amazing. We will definitely return.

I liked how clean the room was. The beds were comfortable and the location of the hotel. The staff was very kind too. I would definitely stay here again and it's very close to the Biltmore Estate.

It is always clean and smells great. I also liked the fact that they held our bags the day we checked out so we could visit a few shops that opened after check out and allowed us to keep the car in valet. Never has that experience before.
