Hampton Inn & Suites Braselton, hotel in Winder

Hampton Inn & Suites Braselton features free bikes, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center and garden in Braselton.

The property was clean and staff excellent. Property not heavily booked Memorial Day weekend which made our stay a quiet enjoyable stay. Paid extra for a room with a view and was put on the first floor with not a great view. Once asking for a room on a higher floor the front desk representative Nancy immediately accommodated us. The hotel being on the property with Chateau Elan was great and in walking distance so we were able to dine at the restaurants there. Thus preventing us from driving around to find restaurants of high quality. Overall a great stay.

With asking prior to arrival, the host was gracious and allowed me to check in an hour earlier. I was traveling & needed to freshen up before going to a memorial service. The accommodations were exactly as pictured. Thanks for having me!

I travel extensively & have never seen rooms this dirty while overpriced. For starters at $305 for 2 nights I expected a clean room. I was in Winder for a funeral service. I changed from room#106 to 208, so it’s from dirtiest to dirtier. Let me talk about room #208. 1. The linen were not changed it appeared from the last guest. I had to have a friend bring me fresh linen & blankets. 2. The toilet floor reeked of stale urine. 3. There was blood on the bathroom door jab. 4. There were holes in the bathroom door & ceiling. 5.The only chair in the room was broken & soiled. I have attached a few videos as proof. The rooms were not fit for homeless shelters, not to mention $305. I would NOT recommend Jameson inn -Winder GA to anyone.

Winder is an extremely nice small town that is growing in many areas to accommodate a variety of tastes and interests. The downtown area with the trees is even nicer at night when the lights are turned on. There is an increasing variety of restaurants to please everyone's tastes. One drawback, tho, is that you usually can't hurry through downtown because of the traffic but that will give you time to see what all is there. Fort Yargo is a diamond in the crown of Winder that should not be missed.

They gave us a room on second floor in a bad location.

They gave us a room on second floor in a bad location. I’m a single woman with 3 kids. The door did not even have a security lock. The parking lot was full of men and guy in office did not even have on a shirt. We cancelled our rest and left. Awful experience
