The first room we were given was not acceptable. The shower door was broken and the shower itself was dirty and mold was present. The clerk on duty was exceptional and immediately moved us to another room. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The worst toilet paper and tissues. Hot breakfast was terrible. Biscuits like hockey pucks, eggs were tasteless and turkey sausage was aweful. Vending machines had poor choices and didn't have credit card payment option.

They refused us because of our autistic son wanting to swim but not stay the night. Horrible staff horrible experience. I will never stay at ANY Holiday Inn because of this visit.... NEVER AGAIN! We may still contact an attorney.

The location is very convenient to I-80 for quick off-on, and the room was adequate for what I needed--a place to rest my head after a long day of driving. The bathroom and shower were clean.
