It was a nice place, the parking was petty good and breakfast was good. All the doors and entrances were well lite and the card readers worked as they should have. Over all a nice property - our room at the front was had a bit of traffic noise but that is to be expected right off the highway.
The Comfort Suites hotel is conveniently located just minutes from Memphis and its many popular attractions and landmarks.

Location to I40. Breakfast was great, and Server/ food prep person kept food hot, well stocked, ready, and area clean. Very personable. Nice selection of breakfast items.

I can't say anything was good except the young who checked us in. Other then that when I got off the freeway, I knew then I made a bad mistake with booking this hotel.

This location was convenient for the event we were attending at the Metal Museum in Memphis, a visit to the National Civil Rights Museum, and a walking tour of Beale Street. It was about a ten minute drive.
We ate at Margaritas across the interstate from the hotel and enjoyed
the meal.

The "not-so-great" is that we requested linens for the pull-out couch and the clerk said we could come get it. I was already in my pjs so we did without and my grandson took pillowcases off the extra pillows and made a "blanket" out of that.
Otherwise, the room was clean, spacious, and adequate. The breakfast area was large, well-equipped, and the food was fresh and hot.

They will make you feel less than a human.
They will make you feel less than a human. They do not like people from Memphis, Tennessee. If you had a long trip and you are tired they will not let you stay there if you are from Memphis, Tennessee they told us we not allowed or welcomed to be on their property but they allow us to book the hotel we was very tired and needed rest. In so many words they was like we hate you people and that was the first time we ever met ????? It was a very sad experience.

West Memphis is a great growing small town.
West Memphis is a great growing small town. The restaurants are have good food and great service. I like the fact that there is a variety of places to eat in close proximity of the different places to stay!
Colton's Steakhouse is one of my favorite places for steak and Seafood Shack which is relatively new is wonderful for all types of seafood. The Red Snapper is delicious!

THE ROOM WAS GREAT, AND STAFF WAS HELPFUL, THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN. WE WAS VISTING A COVENTION AND THE LOCATION WAS NOT TO FAR FROM IT. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME STAYING AT HOLIDAY INN AND IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR US. THANK YOU FOR EVERTHING .
New hotel right off the interstate. Plenty of restaurants located around the hotel so we didn't have to go far. One thing we didn't realize when we booked was that West Memphis was in Arkansas. We chose this area so we were ready to head north on the interstate in the morning vs driving through Memphis morning rush hour which was perfect. We felt very safe staying here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed talking to the breakfast lady who was very upbeat. Highly recommend this hotel.
The breakfast was ok--nothing out of the ordinary--but we did have warm cinnamon rolls which was a treat--most other locations have had room temperature muffins of some variety with no way to warm them up.
The hotel was easy to locate, however being as near to I40 as it was we should have requested our room to be on the side of the hotel that was away from the traffic. Additionally there seemed to be fireworks in the area which were apparently visible from the back side of the hotel--that would have been a plus.
This hotel was really expensive to book for the night. The lady at the front desk wasn’t super pleasant and even though they knew we needed sheets for the sofa bed they didn’t offer them until we called and had to go back down and wait a while. Then we only got one flat sheet. There is also no ac in the hallways so it was a very warm walk to our room. Room was fine and breakfast was awesome. Overall ok but for over $200 for one night the bedding situation should have been much better.
I loved the cleanliness of the entire hotel, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The security on site were friendly, helpful and made our entire stay much more comfortable. Our room had a beautiful view and was very large, so we had lots of room to stretch out comfortably. We are from Toronto Canada, and would definitely stay there again, if we're in the area.
Very very clean. Nice big room with loveseat. Fresh paint. New bedspread. No cover-up scents.
Not fancy but a great place to get a good night's sleep.
Great value - I had a really nice breakfast with money saved on hotel bill! No breakfast there, but there is a coffee pot, microwave and fridge.
The breakfast could have been better. I have stayed at 3 different chain hotels since February and all 3 companies had delicious hot breakfasts with eggs and meats and more hearty foods than a paper bag with a cheap muffin and a kids cereal bar. I don't get the reason for the bags?
appears to be a new hotel and as such is open, clean and comfortable. We had a room on the freeway side of the building but unlike some reviewers we did not notice any traffic noise. Left very early in the morning before breakfast had started so unable to comment on food selection.
the price was good value, and the location was great, right off the highway and not too far from downtown Memphis, the checkout staff was very pleasant. breakfast was good, had quite a variety. the hotel was good for a 1 night stay. beds linen was clean, towels was clean.
We travel a lot, especially around Tennessee and the surrounding area, for competition dance. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at overall. The staff was amazing, rooms were large and well laid out, and the facilities were clean and up to expectations.
This hotel was a 8/10, I definitely recommend. I would’ve gave it a 10/10 but the staff at breakfast were very rude. Overall, the hotel has a great location. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, quick elevator, no bad smell. Very peaceful.
Excellent value. Hotel was a little dated on the exterior but the rooms were in amazing shape. Will definitely use this hotel in the future while traveling.
