Booking.com didn’t have any pictures of this. Didn’t realize I would be sharing a trailer house. Called the host and he wouldn’t give any refund. Wtf.

    Nothing was “great”.

Nothing was “great”. Carpet was filthy, and being awakened by a hostile, argumentative staff member at 1:30 am, wanting to know if we’d paid, was beyond the pale. Of course we’d paid - we checked in after paying and reserving online.

    little town.

little town. A few hotels and casinos to spend some $$ and have a good time. ♡ we stopped by the army base museum before we left. (Super cool) not a whole lot to do in the town but yes in the casinos and hotels.

Don’t try to save money on a room. Next time we won’t stay in a cabin again. Hotel is just fine. We were able to find a hotel the last minute!!!! It was easy getting around the streets in Wendover. People there were very friendly.

Will probably stop in if traveling in that direction again, Salt Flats cafe is worth going out of your way for food if passing through, friendly service while getting fuel and asking about restaurants in the area.

At the front desk, we experienced the rudest check-in from the male manager. He didn't have a clue about the American way and we will never see him again.. I say to all stay somewhere else. Rooms were OK.

By looking online it said that there would be a price match, but when I was there, they told me that it would have only been through the people that I set the hotel up with. I didn't get the price match.

Of course, the main reason to stay here is the outstanding value. The rooms are very clean and nice, and Curt has set up TV in each of them with access to Netflix and Prime, so for me it was almost as good as a hotel at a fraction of the cost. You could also park right in the driveway nest to the modular house so you felt like your vehicle and its contents were very sate. Finally, Curt actually is super friendly and a great guy. Nice clean towels in the bathroom and everything I needed. My overall experience was great.

Best Western Plus - Wendover Inn has a good location. The only reason we picked to stay at Wendover was because it was 10 min drive from Bonneville Salt Flats. There were quite a few gas station and food options in Wendover too so it was convenient. The Inn also served complimentary breakfast - bread, jam, sausages, cereal, good coffee and it was convenient as we could grab a quick bite before going to the Salt Flats in the morning.

Location is walking distance to casinos. Room entry is from inner court yard that requires room key for access so it is safe and quiet. Room has refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker with coffee and tea, and hair dryer. Comfy bed and everything was nice and clean with no odd smells. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast hit the spot. This will be my Wendover stay from now on. Great value at 1/3 the cost of the casinos.

A room in a private home in a residential area of West Wendover. You get exactly what you see on the pictures. Curt is a working man and a nice person, taking care that you have what you need. Don't expect a private cabin or a hotel environment. Everything was spotlessly clean, both bedroom and the shared bathroom. There is Wifi and a parking spot in front of the home.

Did not eat there, didn’t have high expectations for food at that place. Seemed like another places like those we had stayed for 5 nights, coming across the US from Virginia to CA. Felt like we were being ripped off in each hotel-East Indian owners. We slept under a cold shiny shower curtain instead of a blanket.

This is our go to when staying in Wendover. The owner is there actively making the place better. It seems to be renovated or improved somehow every time we go. Location is great, staff are amazing. Even the coffee in the morning is pretty good

The price we paid is very competitive for motels and budget hotels in this region, especially adding the breakfast. It is a great stop point for Bonneville Salt Flats. Breakfast was good, although quite limited in selection.
