The front desk help was Superior! Needed Cork Screw, the had it, toothbrush and scissors. Steve was helpful in the many area questions we asked, since we were looking for a house.

My room had a roach in it who u made me extremely uncomfortable. The manager did switch my room but it really didn’t matter. If a roach was in one room, they were most likely in all.

This hotel is 10 minutes' drive to Central Raleigh and the Raleigh Convention Center.

The location to my destination was good

I made a reservation that stated that I had breakfast and the staff when I came in stated I had breakfast. Each day of my stay the cook was late. The hotel advertised Starbucks but sold a no-name brand of coffee. there was no menu to choose from for breakfast and it did not matter because there was no breakfast, I requested a refund on my coffee and never got it. Kids running up and down the hallway. There was no transportation service from the hotel.

Hotel was filthy. Took three tries to get me to a room that either wasn’t already occupied, or looked like it had been trashed by a frat party and not yet cleaned. AVOID AT ALL COST!
