Also in addition of my previous review. I had no hot water for my shower the following morning. I waited about 10-20 minutes at front desk before someone stepped out to check me in and at check out waited 20 still no one came out just left room key card at desk and walked out.

Vacaville is a nice city to be in fairly safe cops everywhere especially at night. But do NOT stay at the America's best value inn. Place is terrible tweakers all night in and out roaches inside and outside EVERYWHERE not to mention the rats coming out of the tub drain. I had to leave without my refund but rather lose my mo ey then stay at a place like this absolutely disgusting

Was only in town to see a friend, didn't spend any time site seeing. Vacaville is a sleepy bedroom community. But offers pretty cheap lodging if you're planning to visit wine country while in the Bay Area.
There was no breakfast or other offerings of that kind. A lot of people seemed to be living at the hotel on a weekly basis, as the pandemic has decimated peoples' livelihoods. It was noisy at night, which makes my rescue dog bark at ev noise she hears, so sleeping was hard. My room was on the second floor, not ideal with a pet, and on a corner that had a lot of foot traffic. But I needed a place for a few days, movers picked up my household goods and nothing left in my rental.
April was wonderful, cheerful, helpful and breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. The day shift lady (7/12) and the overnight lady (7/12-7/13) were also wonderful & very helpful. We only just needed a place to sleep cause we were having work done at our house and didn't have AC. It was close by and we had friends stay several years ago and liked it. Also, the ratings were good.
Nothing really was good about this hotel. Maybe the fact that it had a working ac, fridge and microwave? Location is next to the nut tree and freeway..
We only stayed here during nascar race weekend because most hotels were booked or the prices were outrageous. The photos looked decent however they were deceitful. I would never stay here again.
Everyone from the Front Desk staff, Michelle, the Hotel Manager, (she goes above and beyond, is highly supportive of her staff, and very personable with ALL GUESTS), the kitchen staff, and the housekeeping staff are amazing.
Unexpectedly had need to stay for extended period and we have never been so pleased with a hotel stay.
I was actually shocked at how great this hotel was considering it’s rated a two star on booking.com. They rooms are a little outdated, but they were clean, spacious and the beds are comfy. It’s in a good location, there are some fast food places around and a little walk to the stores like target, Walmart etc.
Wonderful, helpful staff (supervisor was particularly helpful)
Room was exactly as advertised and what we expected. Breakfast 'in a bag' options were good as this is the first hotel/motel of the last 18 we've stayed in during our road trip that had soy milk as well as cows milk + gluten free cereal
Compared to other hotels ranked similarly, I found this facility to be underrated, with its helpful staff, nice atrium, great breakfast, and noontime checkout. (Noontime! Who does that anymore? I wish they all did.) Quiet location, with an ice rink and movie theater just two minutes away.
We had a great stay at the Hyatt House! The breakfast was a standout, with made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit. The cafe food was tasty as well. The hotel appeared to be pretty new; the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The staff was welcoming and helpful.
The staff, absolutely amazing, super friendly. We left an expensive item in our hotel room, and they called us, we were able to go back and pick it up.
