We were offered a junior suite which included a king bed and living space with two large screeen TV's. The upgrade also gave us access to the Marriott Club for a full breakfast each morning and appetizers each evening. The space was quiet and well designed.

The hotel was just across the street from Tyson corners mall and only a 30 minute drive to the MGM casino at Baltimore Harbor. There is alot of traffic in the area but I used my smart tag when possible to help.

Overall the hotel is good.
Overall the hotel is good. But I got a call from staff saying they don't have rooms available a few hours before I checked in. When I arrived at the hotel, another staff let me check in and it didn't seem that they were out of rooms. It is just a weird experience and no one explained why this happened.

Tysons Corner is trendy.
Tysons Corner is trendy. There are plenty of restaurant things to do in the area. My favorite area is the local mall. There are lots of great stores to shop in. It is very high end and if you are looking for designer apparel then this is definitely the place to come to. We ate at the Cheesecake Factory. I had an amazing appetizers. They had a grilled artichokes with a garlic aioli. It was so good. I also had the steak Diana which was also extremely good. The only problem about the area is the traffic. It make traveling around the area kind of difficult. Others than the traffic I wouldn’t change anything about the area.

Room was nice and clean. The breakfast was ok.
Room was nice and clean. The breakfast was ok. Great location. The staff wasn't really cooperative at the beginning until they saw how mad was I. No pool and the lobby is a bit small. Overall, I would recommend it.

I was there for work and visiting friends.
I was there for work and visiting friends. The area had many close food options, was very close to Wal-Mart, and had easy access to the highway. It was close to shopping, Apple store, REI, and Best Buy, all places that I needed to visit while in there.
Not much to be truthful.. The staff was not very helpful or friendly, no hellos as you come in, the front staff forgot to give me a car parking sign after I asked where to park. The rooms are old and outdated and for the price, Way too expensive for what you get.I stay at Marriott all the time and this was by far the worst one I’ve stayed at.
Customer service is very good. Called to ask for extra pillows and towels. They were delivered to the room quickly. Front desk helpful and polite. This is rare in many hotels. Some hotels after calling front desk for help they just ignore it.
I het the impression this particular Hyatt Regency Tysons Corners is very well run.
The hotel is located near two large malls one is the Tyson’s Corner Center and the other one is Tyson’s II or Galleria Mall which has stores of high end brands names to average. There are fine dining restaurants and also McDonald’s, CVS Pharmacy,Gas Stations and many other stores near by to accommodate the neighborhood.
The hotel is modern, clean, and spacious. Our room was so comfortable and the bathroom is clean and roomy. One of the better hotels that I have stayed in. The metro stop is a 5minute walk-a great way to go to DC if you don’t have a car. It’s also on the same metro line that goes to the airport.

Location was our reason for booking but they surpassed our expectations with their friendly staff and the room was exceptionally roomy and wonderful layout. We’ve stayed in Hilton chain hotels numerous times and this just was another awesome pick!
The property is in a perfect location close to the mall, other shops and restaurants. Close to the freeway. The bartender Muhammad is a very good conversationalist and made our time there very pleasant and he’s a good mixologist.
Close proximity to the Metro. So many shopping malls in walking distance ranging from lower to high end. Comfy beds. Good breakfast with limited options.
