The staff were always cleaning, even at 9pm. The room was very clean, and spacious. Breakfast was your typical hotel food but served hot. Coffee was very good. I was traveling with bikes and was offered to have them put in storage instead of in my room. Location was 1 mile from biking trails.

    This hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Super friendly! The transactions were smooth with no issues and it made for a great weekend getaway for cheer competitions in Troy.

    Breakfast was good. Coffee was fine and we are picky. Toiletries were minimal to non existent. Clean and protected real glasses would be more reassuring in Covid conditions. Minimal soap seems unnecessarily cheap. Room itself was fine and was what we expected. Issues seem somewhat trivial but so easy to fix. In the past I travelled a great deal with significant stays in Hilton hotels. Critique is offered constructively

    Loved the location of the hotel.

    Loved the location of the hotel. We were in town to visit with family and the location was perfect. We ate dinner at Logan's Roadhouse, which was out of a few items on their menu. So I wouldn't recommend this location unless they have new management to fix their shortages on menu items. The next morning we had brunch at Frishes which was GREAT and the service was awesome. We did some local shopping, which was really nice and the cashiers were super friendly.

    We very much enjoyed our stay with this hotel... It was very clean and staff was very nice and let us keep the same room.... We stayed at this hotel for at least 3 weeks so it was very easy to get to our job site....

    It wasn’t filthy and was convenient for my trip. The staff was friendly enough and the bed was comfortable. The price wasn’t outrageous though a little high for nothing being around the area, but that’s just my opinion. The facilities were open which I appreciated, though I was unable to use them at the time due to my own personal reasons. They didn’t hassle me about my trained service dogs either which is rare and I appreciated that. I know the laws and they did not break them unlike most hotels/motels.

    The hotel was just off the highway, modern, nicely decorated, clean and had a nice area for dogs The room was a large size. I would have preferred two queen beds, but the cost was getting too high. The facilities were great…..swimming pool The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel …..variety, ready made oatmeal, delicious hot coffee , muffins plus they took care to help with hygiene asking us to wear rubber gloves while getting food.

    My daughter had a 3 day competition and this hotel was 2 mins away from where she had to be every morning at 5am. We were so happy to find this hotel last minute. Very clean, very friendly, very quiet, comfy rooms with plenty of space for 2 adults and two teenage girls. Plenty of places to eat, walmart across the street. So this was the perfect place to be.

    I had been delayed and didn't show up until the next day, but Lisa welcomed me and re-instatec my reservation. The following day, Twiggy was very cordial, and if ever I am in Troy again, this is where I will stay.
