If you love art, wine, food, and shopping, you’ll love Temecula! Many wineries and other activities are close by. Don’t miss visiting Old Town and the Plantation for an olive oil tasting. A short drive up Rte 79 you’ll find some unique sculptures, and you can visit Lake Skinner for outdoor hiking. Plan a few days so you can take it all in, or visit often as things are always changing!

EXCELLENT SHORT STAY IM IMPRESS WITH THE PLACE.
EXCELLENT SHORT STAY IM IMPRESS WITH THE PLACE. #1 FOR ME ON ANY PLACE i CHECK IN IS THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM & BEDDINGS... THIS PLACE PROVED IT. THE GROUND WELL KEPT; LOTS OF BREAKFAST CHOICES; VERY ACCESSIBLE TO DOWNTOWN OLD TOWN, NUMEROUS WINERIES, MANY EATERIES AT OLD TOWN, PECHANGA CASINO 10-15MINS AWAY AND ABOUT 30-45MIN TO OTHER PALA CASINO HARRAHS CASINO, VALLEY VIEW CASINO, PAUMA CASINO, CATHOLIC MISSION CHURCH A MUST SEE. YES DRIVING THRU THE BACK ROAD IS WINDING UP & DOWN BUT ITS A SAFE DRIVE AS LONG AS YOU ARE NOT IN A HURRY AND JUST BE SUPER COURTEOUS WITH ONE ANOTHER ON THE ROAD. YOU WILL GET TO YOUR DESTINATIONS!!!

I liked that there were fast food restaurants available within 500 to possible 800 feet from the entrance of the Holiday Inn Express. that was a big + for me. The fast food places were: Wendy's, In-n and Out and Arby's on the end. If your tastes were different, these were good choices for your selection,
I ate at all three places.
It seemed to be easy to get around. Most places were within walking distance.

Breakfast was good; however, more meat options would have been better. Some of the sandwiches'bread had become hard after being under warming light for more than 2 hours.
Have dishwasher serviced after a month's rental. (Dishwasher. door kept opening during wash cycle.) Had to keep pushing door to lock to finish wash cycle..
I ordered Uber Eats - Burger King.
Went to Union 76 Station to buy sodas, water & chips.
Had someone go to Aldi's to shop for cold cuts, & various items.i.e milk, ,mayo, mustard & bread, lettuce, tomatoes for sandwiches after hours.
Getting around in Temecula is easy if you use Uber or Lyft.
Walking takes longer to get to a destination.
Be sure to rent a car..
Conveniently located in Old Town Temecula and a pickup/dropoff location for the Grapeline Winery shuttle bus, which we reserved for the Big Red Fest. The front desk gave us waters, which was an excellent call! We could also easily walk to bar/restaurant options for dinner. The breakfast was great, we enjoyed the waffles. No issues at all with the room, would definitely stay here again! Oh and right now there was a big nest with some ravens above the Hampton Inn sign, thought that was adorable :)
Comfy, clean room. Due to Covid not all amenities were available which the hotel advised me of before my arrival. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me. Freeway close, a quick drive to Old Town Temecula and a very easy drive to several wineries. A very pleasant stay.
I really liked this place. The lobby and front desk personnel were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities. The continental breakfast was great too. Only a few minutes drive to Old Town Temecula where there are lots of restaurants. I definitely recommend this place.
The property was clean and quiet, the bed was pretty comfortable and everything worked correctly. The room didn't come with an iron but we were able to ask for one at the front desk. It's nothing fancy but was fine for a couple of nights and much cheaper than other hotels in the area.
GREAT location! you’re about 20 minutes out from the wineries and then at night if you’re looking for bars/ lounges you have old town Temecula which is about 5 mins offers a variety of restaurants and hangout spots.
The property was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful! Location was good as well, it’s super close to the Old Town Temecula where shops and restaurants are located. Highly recommended!
Hotel was easy to get to. The staff was quite indifferent during check-in. No free breakfast was offered. And before check out time a maid walked right into our room after a brief knock on the door.
Great location near wine country and old town.
Quick walk to great bars, restaurants, and dance
venues. Very short drive to a great variety of
wineries. Super pleasant rooms with comfy beds.
Breakfast serving was above standard for many other hotels in the US, complementary free drink in the bar in the evening and very nice rooms with small balcony
