Very quiet location. The cabin was spotless and fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Comfortable bed. There’s a screened porch in the back that is roomy.

What a beautiful, sparkling new home to have as a base exploring the Talkeetna area. Our family of 5 was so comfortable here - the kitchen is well equipped and the dining table with windows all over makes it a pleasure to linger over meals there. Beds are comfy and have blackout curtains, critical if you're visiting in the summertime. We loved the extra touches of luggage racks in each bedroom closet. It's clear this is a well designed home in a beautiful neighborhood.

Beautiful location on the Susitna River with great view of Denali. Did not interact with the staff, as we arrived after they left and checked out before they returned in the morning. Nice to have coffee in the morning and water station to refill our water bottles.

It was like a home away from home. It has all the facilities needed. The inn is tucked in a quiet environment and yet not too far from the main highway.

Sunshine was a great spot to stay on our way from Anchorage to Denali! A short drive up to Talkeetna for dinner, ice cream and pictures of the summit, and then in the morning we were right near the highway to head up to Denali.

We visited the Historical Museum and the NPS Ranger Station (which services Denali climbers) in Talkeetna- both are recommended, and wandered about Talkeetna on foot. Interesting history! Be sure to eat at the Flying Squirrel Café, on the Talkeetna spur road.
