Location was good. Breakfast seems ok the information about the serving hours was vague an incorrect in some of the keys we got so apparently week days is different than weekend. I stayed from Sunday to Monday so I missed both meal times.
Staff members where great at solving our inconviniences.

I thought the setting was nice but since it is on the edge of the hood, it is a bit less than friendly strolling around. The room size was adequate, the pillows were marshmallow soft, the bed rock hard. Rooms do need 3 days before they do turn down or restock room or towels. Wanted to do laundry and the night clerk was less than helpful, in fact the bellman or serviceman was more helpful. Just not worth the price, wanted a bit more than just the basics on top of the grand entrance. Close to Brimfield and Sturbridge Village.

The hotel was very spacious and clean, except for the pool area. The food/drinks were over priced. Parking created a long haul with bags. For the most part the area is easy to get around. Not many "chain" restaurants in the area, but it does have an abundance of mom and pop places to eat, mainly pizza.

The town itself is small, there are several good resteraunts in the area, there are some historically interresting sites to see, and it is really a beautiful location in general. Being about an hour from Boston, a day trip would be manageable, and Worcester is a short drive away.
We really enjoyed Dynasty Chinese resteraunt both times we were in town, both take out and actually eating there, it was a bit of a dive, but the food was great. The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed old Sturbridge village.

This relaxed, hip little city-village is forested, with a nice mix of the historic and contemporary. We got a positive vibe coming into the town and staying at Southbridge Hotel & Conference Center.
We're coming back to explore the town a little more.

The facility is beautiful.
The facility is beautiful. The town location, not so much, but it WAS very convenient. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The food in the bar was excellent and the breakfast buffet was very good.
I would've liked to have had coffee available at no charge all of the time.
Very nice room clean and comfortable the view of the green with the Christmas decorations/ lights beckoned to a time of small town America in a simpler time! the pool was wonderful and quite relaxing. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the decor was upscale and inviting, the hotel offers itself as a very high-end venue with a very reasonable price point! Our only regret is that we had not discovered it sooner!
Facade is everything. No real problem with the hotel, per se, but the location in the hood, and the amenities and the staff, the hard-as-a-rock beds aren't really very good for the money. Keep looking, there is always something better than this. Food, bar, pool, hot tub were nice. Night time staff was rude, daytime was very good.
Easy, abundant parking, spacious common spaces, good food in the restaurant although the service was very slow the night that we were there. Overall, a very comfortable, well-priced hotel.
Rooms were spacious and clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, and the hotel (once inside) was very quiet. The staff were kind and pleasant. Great deal for the price!
Beautiful building and the amenities where excellent. glad to have a restaurant within the hotel we could eat dinner at and the service and food where great.
