We stayed one night as we boarded our ship the next morning. We will not stay at the Crown Plaza again. We did enjoy the restaurant in the town around the pier and they were all within walking distance of the hotel.

The main problem for people staying longer than a day or so is that the restaurant is quite small for the number of hotel rooms.
That said the service and food was good but perhaps a little slow - with a quite limited choice.
If you do not have your own transport there are no nearby restaurants to which you may walk.

We love San Pedro!
We love San Pedro! The town has a cute Little Italy area and many other food choices. It’s on the water and yet close to the freeway system. If you travel 5 minutes, you can get most chain stores. It’s a small town close to the LA area.

If you are going on a cruise it is right across the street.
If you are going on a cruise it is right across the street. It is .8 miles from office to cruise line. Allowed me to park there for my cruise for less money. When I cruise again I will stay there for at least one night. Many attractions across Harbor Blvd. There is USS Iowa and Ports of Call is a little farther down along the Harbor.

San Pedro is a neat little town next to the Port of Los Angeles. It is easy to get around with plenty to see and do within easy walking distance to each other. Check out the USS Iowa, the Maritime Museum, and all the restaurants and bars in the downtown area.

We were staying for just one day in order to leave for a cruise. We arrived on time and we’re looking forward to seeing the maritime Museum and naval vessel. Unfortunately we did not get to go because of the totally inadequate check in process at the hotel.
Although we only stayed overnight, the staff couldn't have been more helpful right from check-in to checkout. This is an economy hotel so don't expect luxurious conditions. Our family stayed in 4 rooms. All 4-rooms were clean and appeared to have been recently updated. Staff even booked 2 cabs for us for the short drive to the cruise ship terminal. Couldn't have asked for better service.
We were able to check in mid-morning after departing our cruise ship. We had one day to spend between cruises and this lower priced motel had everything we needed for the day. We were able to use the coin operated washer/dryer on site which was a big help for me. There were restaurants nearby. The hotel shuttle was very accommodating and at no cost. I would stay here again.
You mis sold me a suite with the pictures of the grande suite.
I will never use you for important events again. It ruined the 60th get together I had planned as we had no dining table as in the picture and a tiny sofa not a lovely lounge area. Hotel said booking.com had got the pictures wrong.
I am still very upset such a let down shame on you.
Paul He is Great he ALWAYS makes us feel at home. That's why we keep coming back. The hotel itself is kind of old but we enjoy Vintage we will continue to book this place it's one of our favorites we have many other choices but we choose Studio 6 because their Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL! and that's most Important to us!!
Madu and his team make this property a lot nicer than it is. They make do with what they have. While some of the interior could be redone like the carpeting and that ice machine would have been nice since it was dead of summer. Madu and his team have 5 star hotel hospitality through and through.
we loved the front desk girl, Susie. she was extremely friendly, helpful and funny. sometimes you can have a beautiful hotel and the staff can ruin the experience and sometimes you can have a beautiful hotel and the staff can knock it out of the park. Susie did that for us😊
The home is well decorated and super clean. They have provided lots of creature comforts to facilitate and make easy everything from cooking to having toiletries in the bathroom. The home is also very close to downtown San Pedro. Great restaurants, bars, and shops.
Television not working 3 calls to desk never came to room
Very Poor Bathroom lighting
Needed mini fridge
Services challenged due to staffing
Very limited Food services I am certain due to COVID however but nothing near the hotel as far as restaurants go
The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly. The parking garage felt very safe & we weren't worried about our vehicle. Our room had a wonderful view, and it was really comfortable.
Room was okay. Hotel hallways had visible water damage on the ceilings likely from the room leaking. Hotel needs some updating. It’s dated and for the money I expected it to be nicer.
Location was great. Room was good with view. Coffee maker did not work, plus the phone no answer to replace the
Coffee maker. We enjoyed the pool. Lunch at the hotel was good.
