Room was clean. The only problem we had was the air conditioner wasn't working properly and it was hot in the room at night. We told the person at the front desk when we checked out. Her response was thanks for telling us and we will let the Maintenance Man know.

The staff in particular made our stay a special one. Amit greeted us warmly and took care to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming and always very helpful. The hotel is new, and decorated beautifully - modern fixtures and crisp design elements complement the preserved old historical building features. Our room was bright and clean. We loved the Nespresso machine to start our day! Parking is secure and the location convenient. We are excited to see downtown Norwich as it continues to be revitalized, while keeping intact the rich history. Check out the old post office next door - charming interior frozen in time!
