Dawn at the front desk was friendly, efficient, & knowledgeable of the layout of the hotel rooms & parking deck in relation to one another.
On the fourth day of a multi-day road trip moving cross country & concerned for the safety of the items packed in our vehicle, she helped put us in a room & suggest a spot for us to park that set us at ease for the night.
The room itself was the nicest one we had seen in four days, regardless of price, based on a totality of cleanliness, size, amenities, maintenance, & design. And it gets top marks for design with that little mirror on the desk, though my husband loved the shower most.
The lighting in the rooms was amazing. The different lights available in the bathroom & the rooms for mood or task were incredibly convenient.

The location was very good, nice neighborhood, quiet, well kept with a lot of food options near by. we were able to walk our dog safely with a extensive sidewalk and lawn toward the airport.

Very small casino and resort but very nice and quiet rooms. Once we shut our door to our room we couldn't hear a thing. Nice big rooms along with comfy beds. Location wasn't the best . Just not much to do around there but if you have the time Van Buren and Fort Smith are about 15 minutes away I believe. We did some antique shopping there and had a great visit. Definitely will visit again. Really nothing negative to say.

The town itself is very small and no real shopping advantages, but the Interstate Inn is close by some eating establishments. The four star restaurant was our favorite place locally to eat and adjacent to the Cherokee Casino. No problem getting on or off Interstate I-40.

Rooms are a little less than standard but same price as new or luxurious. Water pressure was low and curtains in room wouldn’t close. They do not offer you a blanket in your room unless you ask for it which makes no sense since there are sheets on the bed. They charge for typically standard complementary items.

I wasn't informed there was additional money that was taking from bank account, when I got back home and saw my bank account I called them, that took a bit. Finally got refunded. I didn't have that experience the first time. I guess you call that hidden stuff, and to think when I got the final bill from the checkout that would be it. I got surprised. That will only happen to me once there.
