This bed and breakfast is a gem! We were right around the corner from all the little shops and restaurants that overlook the water and boats. We would walk down there and within minutes, we'd be in the heart of it.
Kristy was a fabulous hostess and delivered a delicious breakfast ,(sweet our first morning and a hardy our second morning), along with a carafe of coffee with fresh creamer all by 8 a.m. We are typically early risers, but with the sun coming up so much earlier in New England, we were getting up much earlier. With that being said, we took afternoon naps every day we were there. Peaceful and quiet.
We walked across the footbridge and turned about to see the Harbor House Inn perched above the rest, so easy to spot the little gem.
We did contact Kristy when we arrived in Maine, just to touch base and let her know we'd just entered Maine. Gave her an estimated time of arrival, so she knew our plans, in the event she had stuff to do too.
