Well located, really quite place and very friendly staff. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a large variety of foods to choose from. The room was clean and very spacious.

The continental breakfast was great, the orange juice was fresh and the coffee was robust and fresh. The location was perfect, the hotel is right at the center of everything: the balboa pier, the sand is about 75 feet south of the hotel, the marina is also about 75 feet just north the hotel. You can Walk on the strains on either the north or the south. And running or biking can be enjoyed on the south strain between a beautiful Oceanview and lovely beach houses. Wow! What a wonderful place to visit or live.
