The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, with a large TV, microwave, fridge, several usb ports, good lights, large window. Plenty of plastic drinking glasses. Plenty of storage. Location was good for my needs. Bathroom included small shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps. Plenty of towels. Comfortable bed and bedding.

We enjoyed the Deluxe Bungalow during our stay over Thanksgiving. The room was warm and cozy. We were able to have a complete dinner in the room as it has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room table. We also enjoyed the fireplace and deck. The new owners and staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were a little slow on responding to request, but always came through. Cute little historic town, seems there are more shops and...
Cute little historic town, seems there are more shops and restaurants open on weekends, and most things close around 4 or 5pm - even the ice cream shop! Eat at Saluti's if you like Italian. Eat at La Esmeralda if you like Mexican, don't let the shopping center location deter you! Next drive into Amador City.... very cute! But definitely on the Fri-Sun!!

Bed was small,will request a different room next time. Very nice room but I'm a big guy and the bed wasn't a Queen. Mel's Diner across the hwy was as good as it gets. Old town never disappointed with the shops and the walk.

Lots of fun little shops to go into in the historic downtown...
Lots of fun little shops to go into in the historic downtown area. Friendly people and it was easy to get around. Also had a good abundance of thrift stores to poke around in too. For a small town it also had some bigger stores like Ace Hardware, Joann's, Grocery Outlet, that we weren't expecting to see, especially so close to the historic downtown. Wish we had more time to go to the mines and the historic graveyard. Guess those will be for next time.HeatherUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

I liked for example the AC system - model, silent, ceiling mounted instead of noisy, wall mounted. Bathroom was very clean and well equipped with low profile bath tube. Room furniture was composed accordingly to the 19th century style. Bed mattress was a good quality and allowed excellent sleep experience.

Clean, good wifi in building B (sorry, i didn't check another buildings) We asked to change the room(due to noise above us), no issues, 10 minutes and we are in another room. Denny's in 1minute walk for dinner.
