Found unclean sheets. I told housekeeping and the front desk. Not enough towels or soap. A person was making noise in the hallway during the night. I mentioned to the front desk. I want a refund on my stay. One of the grandchildren got sick after drinking milk at breakfast. Not happy.

Second time as a Bon Voy member I was assigned this room. It’s up against the kitchen and breakfast prep starts early. Reported commode lose and tilts the first time I was given this room. Still not repaired
