This is one of the only hotels I've stayed at in the last few years that feels "pre-covid", they go to the trouble to tidy your room everyday and offer complimentary breakfast at reasonable hours. I really appreciate these little details, given a lot of other hotels I've stayed at don't seem to have kept up their standards quite as well. I stayed here a couple days and everyone I interacted with was really friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

I always enjoy my stay here, quality staff, professional, clean, pool area is well maintained, security building, good breakfast, never disappointed, well appointed room, handicap access is a necessity for me and I enjoy staying here. Close to the freeway, lots of local fare to dine in or carry out, fine place.

The Denver Marriott Tech Center is a real winner. Check-in and parking are easy. The staff is professional and friendly. The restaurant is REALLY good. Everybody appears to enjoy working there. We have stayed there twice. This hotel is a go-to for us when traveling to Denver.

Location, close to Fiddler’s green, we went to concert there 2 nights in a row. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Everything was in walking distance.

The great staff...but to be honest we stay there cause every time we go to a concert...or sporting event we catch the RDT... it beats the traffic...and so looking fwd to breakfast.. the buffet is so good... never too tired to eat...
The Green Wood inn. Was not fresh. They put me in a room that was being renovated. The entire 2nd floor was under renovation. Drywall dust in the air. Loud atmosphere from the construction workers. Had no running water for several hours. No warning or signs posted that the hotel was being renovated.. I asked to change rooms and was told no. The afternoon clerk/ assistant manager was rude with no quality of being in the customer service business...

Nothing good to say about this place.
Nothing good to say about this place. We checked out because we didn't feel safe for a 2nd night.
1st night there were several police cars in the front and back of this place. Officers told me make sure your car is locked up and nothing in view cause it will get broken into. Drug addicts outside tweeking in the middle of the day.
Carpets were stained in the room and hallways. Bathroom was nasty. Sleeped on a sleeping bag cause didn't trust this place, probably has bed bugs. Nothing positive about my stay at this hotel. Don't stay here. Learn from my mistake at staying at Greewood Inn.

The location was great.
The location was great. The cleaning and kitchen staff were helpful and friendly. However, the desk staff were disinterested in the air conditioning not working, no hot water the second morning, no WiFi! I was there to work and had to use my mobile hot spot. No compensation for the inconveniences.

Great alternative to Tech Center-area hotels. Wingate is just out of the way enough that made parking feel very safe.
Nice people working. Had a great chat with the midnight shift guy checking me in when I sleepily arrived.
Shockingly soft bath towels. Must be brand new. (I stayed Aug 2022)
Property is a little dated, but everything I encountered was clean and in working order.
The room was nice. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The free internet was decent and didn’t disconnect me or try to upsell me on data rates. They had ice available and it had the feeling of a hotel, from the time before the discount hotels over-economized. Not the cheapest hotel but moderately nicer than those.
The hotel exceeded expectations. For a La Quinta, it was extremely spacious and comfortable, and the hotel in general was spotless. It really felt like staying at a more premium hotel. The breakfast and gym were decent. The staff went above and beyond and helped receive packages for work when I wasn't at the hotel.
The hotel staff are all so nice and we received a complimentary adult beverage when we checked in! we were there for a concert at Fiddlers and it's literally a 5 minute walk! my only complaint is that our room had a little bit of a cigarette smell to it but everything aside from that was truly great and convenient!
I liked that this property is a Concert Hotel with shuttle service to the concert. The shuttle driver played the music for the concert that we were going to. Then walked us to security & made sure we got into the concert! Also loved the Restaurant Zink at the Hotel. Great food, service & prices!
Awkward is the best word to describe this poorly-designed, poorly-managed, overpriced hotel lost somewhere in space. To be clear, it was clean enough and our room was quiet. There was an uninspiring and overly-hyped complimentary breakfast - more on that later.
Best beds here, super comfy, cozy rooms, ac/heater worked great and shower was good too. Breakfast was great. Of course this is not an upscale hotel, but a budget one and on a budget I really appreciate all the perks, especially the bed. Definitely recomend.
the pool, breakfast, how big the room is. i like there are two rooms, one for beds and one for living area. the location is by the freeway so it works out great for going to places. i’m going back today, and this will be my third time staying at this hotel.
Absolutely nothing. The front desk clerk was not surprised when I requested my money back. Said the hotel had sold so the owner wasn’t cleaning or repairing anything. I was the 6th person that night to ask for a refund.
I like that hotel. In my opinion that hotel has everything what good 3 stars hotel should have. Clean rooms, good WiFi, a lot TV options, free parking and good breakfast.
