Lovely town to visit for many reasons, personal and business...

Lovely town to visit for many reasons, personal and business. It is close to one location my company operates. Also, close enough (just over an hour) to a major airport (Salt Lake City, Utah). Depending on the time of year you can enjoy many outdoor activities.

    Bathroom needs to be changed.

Bathroom needs to be changed. Stool was made for a kid, had hard time sitting down and then getting up. Not disability compliant I am sure. One lamp had a short in it, so unplugged it. Breakfast food was cold one morning out of two days that I ate there. Was clean and was good size, but bathroom sucked.

We only stayed overnight and didn't see alot of the city.

We only stayed overnight and didn't see alot of the city. We had a mechanical problem with our vehicle. Visited Auto Zone. The Staff was happy to help us get the correct part we needed. We stopped at McDonald's for a quick breakfast. The ladies working the morning shift were very pleasant.

We went for the Celtic Festival in mid-March.

We went for the Celtic Festival in mid-March. It was excellent. The volunteers who helped with it were terrific! Some housed the musicians, Many helped from the admissions table to moving chairs to taking out trash. What a great group of people helped! The cost for the weekend was very reasonable. The food available for purchase, and the beer, were very good. The people we talked with were friendly and pleasant.

We decided to go see the train Round House in town.

We decided to go see the train Round House in town. It was super fun and interesting. We were able to walk all around the grounds and see the event centers. There are trains the kids can climb up on and see the controls. We were able to walk out on the train turn table, that was cool. Excellent place for photos! We did go on a Saturday and the Round House was closed to tour the inside of the building, but there was still plenty to see.

I skipped the breakfast, as I try not to eat processed food so nothing to rate there. Brinley, the swing shift front desk person was quite friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is fairly new, so it is quite clean. The pool and the hot tub were great after a day of driving. The location, right off the freeway is super convenient and there are three or four places to eat within walking distance. I hit legal tender because I wanted a walk. It was definitely just ok.

Every thing is clean. All rooms are on ground floor. The hot breakfast is served in the restaurant on the property and was good. Absolutely every employee we came in contact with were very friendly, went out of their way to take care of you and make you feel welcome. The restaurant had delicious food. we ate dinner both nights and the food was excellent and large portions. If I ever return to Evanston I would definitely stay here!!

not a 5 star hotel, but for $488 a night I expected at least a 4 star. they had a brew fest, but the hotel definitely was not full! over priced! service at restaurant was great the first day, second day waitress gave us 20% off for slow service. I realize the world is short handed. staff was great. price for room was ridiculous.

Ease for on/off access to Hwy 80 was a bonus. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. There were several eating choices near the hotel and within walking distance. The Tiki Bar looked fun, but we were exhausted from the drive so we did not visit.

Not all the amenities as a chain hotel but we prefer a smaller locally owned place to stay. It was quiet despite being close to the interstate, clean, friendly and great TV and Internet connection. Is there anything we didn’t like about it

This hotel is VERY nice for the price. Clean, comfortable bed, very quiet. So nice here that we were perfectly fine extending our stay another night. There was no extra charge for my dog, and the staff was really accommodating.

a little dated but clean and well maintained. Our room was as good as one for double the price elsewhere. my wife is always leery of hotels rated below 8 but she was pleased with this one.

Easy checkin, easy to locate. What I didn't like was no real breakfast. Breakfast that is offered is a granola bar, juice & coffee. Very lack luster, even for this hotel chain.
