It just needs to be cleaner in the lobby and other areas. There was a cat hanging around the front entrance all weekend. The trash cans out front look dirty; hand sanitizers have mud stains in the drip basins. Check in staff is slowwwwww!

Our car broke down as soon as we got there. We spent the entire next day coordinating a tow truck and rental car. We had to unload our entire car, packed for three kids and a week at the Beach. The hotel staff were so helpful in letting us stay later than checkout and one staff member spent all morning helping my husband. So thankful for their kindness.AAnonymousUnited States of America
