Location wasn’t too far from my travel purpose. The desk and bed were great, having a microwave and fridge is always convenient. I appreciate included coffee and breakfasts in the mornings. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

Nothing! The place was $80 and it was filthy. It was so late when we got there and we were so tired that we stayed. But we slept in our clothes and our shoes.
I would not recommend this to my worst enemy!!

Nothing went well, the city had rerouted all traffic for a very large road closure that was right next to the hotel. The traffic was at a standstill for over 4 hours and the hotel was not accessible. never got to check in for my half night stay as I had to continue on my drive. hotel staff and booking staff that I spoke with continue to give me the run around about refunding my charges for a room that i was not able to check into. I never stayed at the hotel but they won't refund my money. The hotel blames booking and booking blames the hotel. the hotel will not call booking they have me call and booking has to speak with the hotel team to reverse the charges but when booking call the hotel team does not answer. Its a very disappointing situation that I have been trying to resolve for over a month. Booking and Motel 6 should be ashamed of their customer service.

The staff were fantastic. They were very attentive to issues and gave me recommendations for hikes around the area. I took them up on the recommended hikes and they were fantastic! Overall very pleasant experience.
The hotel was disgusting. There were very odd people walking around in the halls with no clothes on. The rooms were dirty and not in good shape. Shelves were broken, chairs were falling apart, there was makeup on the pillows and the headboards were dirty. We found bed bugs and when we told the front desk manager he remade the beds as we left the hotel. Would not recommend this hotel.

For a location next to I-15 freeway, the room was surprisingly quiet. The walls were soundproofed enough that we hardly heard anyone except for folks walking by (gap under the door let light and some sound in).
As mentioned before, Days Inn seem to be the Wynham chain old, tired chain.

If the hotels and managers of these places are any representation of the city, i recommend going a few miles furthe down the interstate for a better, safer, more comfortable stay. Then you can return for business refreshed and confident of your overnight safety.

Very friendly people in the restaurant Wingers.
Very friendly people in the restaurant Wingers. Also Burger King.
Drove through the city and loved all the new beautiful homes and yards.
Picked a hotel close to Lagoon without driving to Salt Lake.
The facilities are clean. Beds comfortable. Didnt hear a peep even at check out (and the place was pretty much full). Staff was incredibly accommodating. Moved to Layton from the East Coast. After 4 days of driving and pulling into the hotel exhausted, it meant so much to be taken care of. I know it can't be easy to do your job well at 4 in the morning. I will be using this place to accommodate any friends that visit in the future. Highly recommend.
When checking in, the night staff talked to me like I was stupid. I tried to explain to her that I didn't want to use the card on file, if I could give her a different card or if I needed to change it on booking.com. Once we got that cleared up I was told that there is $100.00 deposit per room that information is nowhere given on booking.com or on the hotel confirmation information that is given.
The room and hotel were very clean, and looked really nice. It had a nice design, and loved that it had a pool table in the lobby with essentially a convince store, and then had the normal work out room and other amenities. the Bathroom in my room was amazing. The soap/body wash/shampoo dispenser was awesome and smelled really good.
