Reserved a 2 queen bedroom. 30 minutes prior to our arrival...
Reserved a 2 queen bedroom. 30 minutes prior to our arrival the hotel called advising us that they are sold out of the 2 queen rooms and only have the one King bed room left, or we could cancel with no cancellation charge, this was 9:30pm at night. Cancellation was not an option. Bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. I was advised in the same call that breakfast was include with our reservation. Next morning at breakfast were advised that there is a charge and one would need to pre-order breakfast. Staff failed miserably with our reservation. I was advised that the manager would be in the next morning at 6:30. In the morning I inquired and was advised she was on holidays. Terrible experience.KurtCanada - 10Scored 10
