Room extremely dirty. Black long hair in bathroom-not ours! Mirror had streaks on it. Broken lock fixed wrong. Clothing closet missing handle. Refrigerator door wouldn’t close so it was defrosting. Pool not open. Cost was unacceptable for the room! Positive: good breakfast. I did tell receptionist about my issues. This should be deleted from your sight.

This was clean, comfortable and high end updates. An all round excellent stay. Would definitely recommend this place. I would also stay there again. It was quiet and a beautiful way to spend an evening after visiting all the stores during the day

The property was close to the town and shops. For us it was an easy walk. There is a large supermarket in the town that has an excellent selection of GF food. Security was excellent. Good internet speed. Basic cooking equipment. Very clean and tidy. Condiments in the fridge were useful, as was cooking spray. Large fridge and instant hot water. Spacious lounge and dining area. The sharp knives were sharp. It had a toaster and microwave, plus an oven and hot plates.

The property was very clean and spacious. I highly recommend it to travelers. Everything was perfect. It had a large living room, dining area with big table, big kitchen compared to most rentals, 2 bedrooms - one queen and one with 2 twins. Nice bathroom. Lots of towels. Throws to curl up in while watching Roku TV. Nothing in Hamilton could be better than #4 The Mary Lou.

I liked that it was fully furnished and had everything I need to cook and it was just like living in my own little apartment.  I appreciated that they had shampoo and conditioner provided. The communication was very clear and prompt.
