I've stayed here a few times because it was one of the only dog friendly places in the area. I love to travel to with our dog, George, and they treat him so wonderfully there, they get major points with me for that alone. Staff greets him enthusiastically and by name every time we walk by the desk, and even gave us a bag of treats for him. There is a walking path next to a pond and waste bags on property.
Everything is clean. Staff is super friendly. The tavern has pretty good food (biggest salad ever) and drinks. Great location. If I'm being honest, though, I mostly go there for the cookies.
All of that being said, let's talk about the comfort. Their beds are like getting a big hug. Between the down pillows, pillow top beds, and the heavy yet cooling comforter, I get the BEST night's sleep there. No joke. We just ordered the pillows they have for our house. We love them that much. We're considering the mattress and comforter to duplicate the experience.
George, my husband, and I all give five stars. We will stay here every time we go to Burlington.

We stayed on Saturday May 11th overnight and just for a double queen, it was $478. When I booked it online it was 329, not sure what happened. After asking locals they said it's Burlington. It just seems a lot for one night. No males were included.

The location was close to the airport - a 30 minute walk or 8 minute drive. There is an airport shuttle. There are several restaurants nearby. Everything was spotless. The fitness center was an actual fitness center and not just one or two machines like many hotels have.

Massive snow storm so we didn’t do much.
Massive snow storm so we didn’t do much. Couldn’t sleep due to the loud teenagers in the hallway running around all night. No towels
At the pool. When we went back to the pool in the morning our key card wouldn’t open it. Then once we got in the loud group of teenagers were causing chaos in the pool room so I had to take my 7 year old out

Walked to University mall and ate at Applebee's.
Walked to University mall and ate at Applebee's. The food was good and service satisfactory. The mall had several known stores. Dorset Street was very noisy with cars and motorcycles during the night.
The only redeeming quality of the Anchorage Inn was its proximity to the airport.
Would never consider staying there again and am seeking a refund.
This hotel is overpriced, but all hotels in Burlington are. The room and breakfast were adequate, and the facilities were clean. There is certainly no reason not to stay here, but $400 plus per night is a consideration when booking. A sign on the bathroom mirror stating there are no housekeeping services unless requested at this point in time is becoming a bit tedious. If you’re going to charge high prices, at least make the bed.
We found the hotel to be an excellent choice for our trip to the Burlington area. The staff was both efficient and at the same time friendly. The room was an upgrade because we are Hilton members. The room was bright and comfortable. The facility offers an expansive assortment for the included breakfast - Eggs, Sausage, Waffles,, Fruit, Yogurt and Cereal. The variety is broad enough to appeal to everyone. We enjoyed our stay.
We really liked the location, the culinary theme decor in the rooms and the Junction restaurant and staff. The resort had a warm and inviting New England feel with an added culinary theme touch. It was a great location to be able to enjoy a show in Burlington, but still stay conveniently outside the city. Would absolutely stay again if in the area and plan ahead to take a cooking class.
The Courtyard Burlington Harbor has spectacular lake-view rooms, and that's the main reason we went. It's also very convenient walking distance to the city center. We also had a great dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant, really excellent.
A fringe benefit was that New Years Eve we could watch the fireworks from our room through the huge picture windows.
My husband and I like to visit the Burlington area but the hotels are so expensive. The Starlight Inn didn't look like much from the pictures but there were a lot of good reviews and the price was right so we decided to try it out. The room was nice and even though there were other guests it was so quiet, that was our favorite part, we were able to relax!
The location of this hotel is fantastic. Close to main downtown burlington, lots of stores/restaurants in the area. The suite was a comfortable size, and bed was comfortable for those who like a softer mattress. Clean room and common areas, nice to have free breakfast and coffee. The pool and hot tub were at great temperatures.
Everything about my stay here was great! The staff were extremely polite and cheerful, the hotel was beautiful and very clean, the restaurant/bar service and food was great, and the breakfast was fabulous. I will stay here for all future stays in the Burlington, VT area.
Excellent location by mall with easy access to highway or very short drive to downtown Burlington. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was basic but adequate (there is an IHOP across the street). There is a small indoor pool, good for little kids, that I did not use.
Location is very close to the freeway and a quick drive into downtown Burlington. You would need to drive to any restaurants. Breakfast was standard. The staff was friendly and helpful
I loved how there was more than just a hotel room, a living room and a connector, so I could get breakfast without going outside! Good breakfast Buffett too!
The hotel was clean, fully equipped with everything you might need, breakfast was good and the staff were extra helpful and nice. Close to a shopping area.
