Beautiful setting and grounds, with walking paths. Former royal castle, now the only one open for the public to stay. The room was lovely and featured two classic ceramic fireplaces (no longer used) as well as a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Quite convenient to Arlanda Airport.

The room was nice, quiet. I cant hear any noise from airplanes, traffic or people from the hallway. This indicates that the sound isolation is really good. The hotel was nice to offer complementary coffee in the hallway and some biscuits / sweets. The hotel is close to airport.

We made Sigtuna our last stop in Sweden the night before we flew to Portugal primarily because it is close to the airport. A good decision in part because the hotel was just what we wanted. Good in all respects.
