This lovely hotel is run by the nicest couple who are incredibly helpful and accomodating. Great breakfast. Slightly out of the center of town but very near a large grocery store as well as the Mercado. We were able to collect some items from the grocery store and go back and have dinner in the dining area.
Scenic views over the River Minho and Spain can be admired from this fortified area of Valença. Surrounded by historic village walls, this peaceful hotel has a panoramic restaurant and a bar.
