I like that it was right on beach and away from GL and was peaceful. Also the breeze at night was wonderful, no need for a.c. The hot water worked and the young ladies at the front were very helpful and friendly.

We had a great stay at Fat Lips. The rooms were very modern, spacious, and clean. Enough space for two people to live comfortably. Each room had its own little patio and water tank for drinking water. The shower had hot water and good pressure. And both Buboy and Tim ensured our stay was perfect, with easy coordination for check in (we were even able to check in early) and check out. Highly recommend!
