Stunning spot! Loved all the birdlife - it was so relaxing sitting on the porch in the sunshine with the birds all around.
Super special experience seeing a wild kiwi for the first time. The manager there was the best, and I had so much fun exploring the place with her looking for kiwi! (If you're reading this, I went for a wander to say bye to you but didn't spot you. Thank you for an awesome stay! <3 )
The cabin itself was really comfy, great wee kitchenette too, but the deck overlooking the wetlands was the highlight.
I've found a new favourite holiday spot, will be back soon!

Excellent location of the property, right on the waterfront, beautiful view. The staff at reception were always friendly and helpful. Me and my wife stayed on the 4th Floor which was great for more privacy and less noise from the pool and road traffic. The room was clean and tidy. Absolutely loved the hot pools, but I must mention that they weren't as hot as I expected. The room's spa bath was amazing and could fit both of us, I'm 6'5 and my wife is 5'4, although not laying down, we both could sit in it comfortably.
